    The Quality Measurement & Reporting Product Service Manager is responsible for project management and client service delivery management to Inovalon’s Quality Measurement & Reporting clients. This is a client facing position with responsibility for effectively communicating with Quality Measurement & Reporting clients about Inovalon expectations and delivering project status updates to the client as well as internal stakeholders. Requires daily interaction with other Inovalon teams such as IT, Product Development, Content Development and other product colleagues. Responsible for management of assigned client deliverables as well as participation in inter-departmental tasks such as project working group meetings and development of product service management tools and processes. Some travel is required with this position.

    Responsibilities

    • Comprehensively manage assigned client relationships across the company’s quality management services;
    • Manage on-boarding of new clients, collaborating with other internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new business;
    • Management of more complex HEDIS Advantage clients with multiple reporting requirements (i.e. QRS, ACO);
    • Collaborate with the client support team, comprised of data analysts, clinical, operations, and product experts, in the delivery of the company’s services and successful completion of all assigned projects;
    • Provide leadership and support of product readiness for Quality Spectrum suite of solutions through shaping business requirements and UAT activities;
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS and other quality reporting requirements internally and externally;
    • Maintain and expand expert level of knowledge regarding quality reporting requirements from all regulatory bodies as well as the company’s quality management product line;
    • Assist with the creation of presentations and reports delivered to clients and internal stakeholders;
    • Ability to function independently with a keen understanding of cross-departmental responsibilities;
    • Support and expand positive and successful client relationships identifying business opportunities within Inovalon based on client needs;
    • Monitor the status of internal and external deliverables including, but not limited to CAHPS Sample Frames, NCQA Roadmap, Preliminary admin rates, medical record projects, and final reporting deliverables;
    • Assist with updates to client materials; and
    • Actively participate in post-season process improvement efforts.

    Qualifications

    • Nationwide remote position;
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
    • Previous experience in a managed care setting, and in health care analysis or performance measurement required;
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with HEDIS® reporting required;
    • Must have current proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel skills); Previous experience with Quality Spectrum tools preferred;
    • Knowledge of healthcare data, billing practices and reimbursement models essential;
    • Must possess excellent attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
    • Must be a strong team player;
    • Must be a self-starter and able to manage own work load; and
    • Must take a proactive approach towards executing on numerous tasks and priorities simultaneously, and managing customer expectations and relationships.
