The Quality Measurement & Reporting Product Service Manager is responsible for project management and client service delivery management to Inovalon’s Quality Measurement & Reporting clients. This is a client facing position with responsibility for effectively communicating with Quality Measurement & Reporting clients about Inovalon expectations and delivering project status updates to the client as well as internal stakeholders. Requires daily interaction with other Inovalon teams such as IT, Product Development, Content Development and other product colleagues. Responsible for management of assigned client deliverables as well as participation in inter-departmental tasks such as project working group meetings and development of product service management tools and processes. Some travel is required with this position.
