The Desktop Support Associate is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day work activity associated with managing and processing IT hardware distributed to the end user population. This position is responsible for provisioning tablets, laptops, and other mobile devices, which include imaging, encrypting, and credentialing. Other duties consist of prepping new hire bundles, processing equipment intake, testing and repairing equipment. The IT Manage Engine ticketing system is used to create and process work order tickets.
