We are looking for an Agile Product Delivery Manager, who will work directly with the Portfolio Management, Product Development and Engineering to support and deliver on the priorities of multiple business units with the overall understanding and goal of meeting client and company objectives.


    • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Managers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to appropriately define and prioritize Roadmap Epics and Features by value delivered and business needs, in line with the Product Portfolio Strategy;
    • Develop resource allocation plans for Roadmap execution based on business goals and vision;
    • Ensure that Sprint priorities and goals are in line with Portfolio requirements and Roadmaps;
    • Facilitate product release planning with Product Owners, Project Managers, development teams  and others as needed;
    • Make recommendations for resource and project allocation and/or for increased staffing, as needed, based on business priorities;
    • Identify opportunities for increasing product value to the business and the end-user;
    • Train and support Product Owners in building, maintaining and prioritizing product Roadmaps;
    • Facilitate monthly Portfolio review meetings to ensure that stakeholders are aware of development team commitments, progress and sprint achievement;
    • Manage and maintain the technology delivery progress reports (engineering status, risk radiator, issues log, financial metrics, time card compliance etc.)
    • Work with Portfolio Manager to develop and deliver executive level reports on Roadmap plans, status and achievement.


    • BS or BA degree;
    • 5+ years’ experience in a cross-functional business role focused on product and software life-cycle strategy, management, and delivery including, but not restricted to, analysis and reporting on risks, status, release planning, budgeting;
    • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects from inception through delivery;
    • Understanding of a range of project/program/portfolio management methodologies and software development methods (e.g., SAFe);
    • Excellent understanding of agile development principles using Scrum;
    • Excellent coaching/mentoring skills for Business and Technology leads on reporting on Portfolio and Roadmap Status;
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate a cross-organizational team toward achieving a common goal;
    • Analytic, detail-oriented and highly-motivated with the ability to work independently;
    • Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills; active listening skills a must;
    • Must communicate regularly with a large audience having diverse and varied areas of expertise and product understanding, and;
    • High proficiency with MS Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of SharePoint, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS)/Azure DevOps and portfolio management tools.
