    We are currently seeking an HRIS Analyst, reporting to the HRIS Supervisor.  The HRIS Analyst serves as a resource for various HR Departments to provide systems support and analysis and to deliver solutions/reports to support stakeholders, and users of the HRIS system throughout the company.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop and produce standard monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics reports for internal program monitoring, automation and consolidation of data for the Human Resources Department;
    • Coordinate collection and preparation of dashboards and special reports according to business needs utilizing appropriate reporting tools;
    • Create and maintain standard documentation for analytics portfolio, assess quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and reports generated, including data quality checks and data monitoring supporting business rules and changes;
    • Utilize multiple data systems to accomplish objectives;
    • Perform analysis, documentation of requirements and development of solutions to business problems/opportunities;
    • Assist with updates and enhancements to HRIS programs (Oracle);
    • Organize and complete assigned tasks in priority order established by the team’s prioritization model and direction from management;
    • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the HR system in order to effectively utilize its capabilities; and - Perform market research and analysis for business needs as appropriate;    
    • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing/auditing data;
    • Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades;
    • Document various HRIS processes and results;
    • Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; and
    • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders. Use project management skills and provide overall project management for given HRIS initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum three to five years of HRIS administration, analyst or lead analyst experience required including development, implementation, optimization, integration, and project management;
    • Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
    • Proven experience in integrating a human resources data repository in an ERP environment to facilitate inter-company and external application integration;
    • Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation required; compensation planning modules and Learning Management systems;
    • Payroll, HR and Benefits experience a plus; knowledge of HCM (Oracle a plus); and full life cycle implementation of HRIS systems beneficial;
    • Team player supporting the HR department as well as internal clients;
    • Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team setting;
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
    • Demonstrated customer service skills; and
    • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
