    We have an exciting role for a Product Account Manager who will manage and oversee execution of provider adoption per contract requirements, to ensure efficient and effective project launch while properly managing client and provider expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage soft-selling/adoption of products/services;
    • Responsible for the resolution of provider questions, concerns and service issues, including undertaking appropriate efforts to become aware of any such questions, concern and service issues;
    • Assess provider needs, barriers to adoption, etc and communicate such to management, operations and product development team members;
    • Prepare for and conduct regular conference calls to address delivery expectations, progress, planning, review of deliverables, education regarding products and use, and issue resolution, etc.;
    • Receive and respond to provider requests, serving as the liaison between providers, clients and the company;
    • Drive product enhancement by channeling provider feedback to appropriate functional areas in order to drive for product and/or process improvement;
    • Create/deliver required documentation/communication to clients to enhance product awareness in line with sales/marketing strategies;
    • Develop/maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise with regards to risk assessment tools/solutions; and
    • Educate/train clients on the successful benefit factors relevant to product inception.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics or equivalent work experience ;
    • At least 2-3 years of experience;
    • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time or as required;
    • Highly developed interpersonal/oral/written communication skills;
    • Solid organizational/analytical skills including strict attention to detail; and
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines/nimbleness, working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
