    Inovalon is looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Management to effectively build and promote the Inovalon brand generating awareness, creating demand and building brand valuation contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the Company. The Senior Manager of Brand Management needs to be a strategic thinker who can execute digital and traditional brand strategies that translate into opportunities for business development, heighten awareness and elevate market perception. In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of driven professionals as you oversee departmental processes and functions as a creative strategist on corporate marketing & communication efforts inclusive of corporate and product-specific campaigns, collateral, marketing materials and public relations. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manage development of brand development in support of business objectives across the Inovalon enterprise – Avalere, Creehan and ABILITY as applicable;
    • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
    • Lead creative development and motivating stimulus to drive actions that build brand awareness and lead generation activities;
    • Drive marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure brand consistency across all mediums, digital, print, etc. This includes oversight of the digital budget and placement;
    • Ensure alignment around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics;
    • Manage a team responsible for the execution of both external and internal graphic development and digital presence;
    • Manage Inovalon’s Speakers Bureau as an extension of the Inovalon brand successfully placing SME’s in thought leadership positions;
    • Support responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) as needed; manage, track, and report team deliverables and status;
    • Foster engagement of external entities with pre and post – conference efforts including but not limited to mailings, promotions, advertising, etc.;
    • Develop, manage and innovate a structured process to identify and engage with high value industry trade associations or groups who influence purchasing decisions amongst Inovalon’s targeted markets; and
    • Manage and evaluate return on investment of current digital programs, SEO, SEM, etc. to determine strategic investment and viable marketing channels.

      

    Qualifications

     

    • 7-10+ years relevant industry and/or functional experience;
    • Proven leadership/influencing skills; can influence the highest levels of the organization; shapes business outcomes;
    • Excellent communications skills, creative skills and great instincts to guide brand planning and strategy with flawless execution;
    • Demonstrated ability to drive long-term, enterprise-wide communication efforts with measurable results;
    • Knowledge of marketing and communications best practices;
    • Experience managing vendors;
    • Experience developing and executing communications plans, consistent messaging and brand guidelines; and
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite and related graphic platforms.
