  • Overview

    The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for coordination and scheduling for all of the Talent Acquisition department's vendors.  Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating interviews, documentation in our applicant tracking system, tracking vendor deliverables, identifying areas of improvement related to third party relationships, and new vendor implementation as required.


    • Manage coordination and scheduling with vendors that supply talent management services;
    • Oversee all contractor requisitions for the talent acquisition department;
    • Negotiate billing rates between vendors and internal management;
    • Document all vendor related activity in accordance with the established processes;
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external vendor meetings;
    • Prepare periodic reports for management and finance, as necessary;
    • Support administrative operational requirements; and
    • Special projects and vendor implementations as needed.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience;
    • Minimum 2 years of previous human resources or vendor coordination experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment;
    • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
    • Ability to manage and meet deadlines;
    • Experience dealing with associates at all levels including senior management and internal clients;
    • Demonstrated ease communicating with and presenting to Senior Leadership;
    • Meticulous organizational skills;
    • Excellent attention to detail; and
    • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
