    we are seeking a Client Services Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Client Services Team. The incumbent will be responsible generating reports and client communications.


    • Perform the ongoing tracking, management and delivery of all product, services, operations, and relationship deliverables for their assigned clients. Deliverables tracking and management includes understanding standard Inovalon benchmarks for all assigned timelines, working collaboratively with and across applicable Product and Operational teams to access information on a recurring basis and escalate to responsible CSM (Client Service Manager), Virtual Client Account Team leader or Director as appropriate;
    • Collaborate with their CSM, Virtual Client Account Team and Director on effectively managing and resolving client provider, site and member issues for assigned clients that arise during the delivery of Inovalon solutions;
    • Partner with CSM, Virtual Client Account Team and Director to delight our clients through effective, timely delivery of excellent communication;
    • Support client relationships across Inovalon by actively partnering with CSM, Virtual Client Account Team and Directors in the cultivation of client relationships by tracking and communicating status and delivery of client deliverables and commitments;
    • Assist in planning, design and implementation of materials used implement, manage, and expand client-facing and supporting internal products, services and operational processes;
    • Prepare and document client instructions pertaining to solution delivery, effectively communicate client instructions to product and operations teams;
    • Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge of Inovalon interventions, service and relationship commitments and operationally-focused activities to facilitate successful resolution of client site, provider and member issues for assigned clients;
    • Develop and maintain in-depth Inovalon institutional and operational knowledge to facilitate the effective, timely delivery of high quality client solutions;
    • Establish a foundational level of product knowledge and expertise regarding Inovalon products used by Inovalon clients and the internal operational processes and organizations involved in delivery; and
    • Assist in the resolution of client questions, concerns and service issues, including undertaking appropriate efforts to identify appropriate resources that can provide information and perform efforts required to resolve any such questions, concerns and service issues.


    • 2-5 years of experience in related field required;
    • Bachelor’s degree required or related experience
    • Ability to work independently or within a group and keep abreast of projects (daily tasks/ issues); and
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Access, Excel Power  Point).
