    We are seeking a Implementation Manager to manage new client onboarding activities within implementation procedures and establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers.



    • Manage new client onboarding activities within implementation procedures;
    • Establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers;
    • Develop, implement, and maintain a Continuous Improvement Program that enhances all aspects of Performance;
    • Manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute projects or collection of projects related to business performance improvements and continuous improvement activities;
    • Identify cross business unit best practices in key areas of program execution, client requirements and client satisfaction and share best practice to drive efficiency and improve performance;
    • Work with stakeholders to focus on Continuous Improvement activities within their areas of responsibility;
    • Works closely cross-departmentally within client organization and Inovalon;
    • Manages the scope and timelines of requests per the contract and responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget;
    • Provide timely resolution of issues and mitigation of risks;
    • Develop and communicate project status, metrics, and reporting with clients and Inovalon leadership in accordance with contractual requirements and internal reporting cadence;
    • Facilitate existing and new programs and project by coordinating, communicating, documenting, and resolving open issues;
    • Provide support to implementation activities across all team projects; Act as a subject matter expert on SharePoint development, implementations and enhancements; 
    • Enhance company Intranet through thorough performing analyses, identifying gaps, and developing plans of action to close the gap;
    • Generate process diagrams detailing business process flows for existing or new systems;
    • Develop quality metrics and processes to ensure accuracy of implementation activities;
    • Investigates, analyzes and recommends solutions for client implementation issues, including additional staff on-site visits, when appropriate;
    • Liaison between business and Inovalon technology team members with client-facing responsibility;
    • Understands and manages stakeholder expectations within the scope of the Statements of Work;
    • Facilitates, schedules, and participates in meetings as needed with project staff, project sponsor, and others;
    • Develops and maintains a collaborative relationship with the project team; and
    • Oversees a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) providing leadership and guidance to address questions and issues regarding business or technical areas. SMEs may include project team members, consultants, staff, external partners, and other participants.


    • Bachelor's Degree  - preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other analytical field preferred;
    • At least 3 years of experience in Client Onboarding & Servicing, Project Management and Process Improvement preferably Healthcare Industry, or related experience;
    • Background in managing client-facing interactions, communications, and problem-solving;
    • Strong talent for multi-tasking and competing priorities;
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple parties on a project;
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    • Developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs; 
    • Leveraging SharePoint as a knowledge management tool;
    • MS Project with custom reporting experience (e.g, MCTS in Project [70-632]); and
    • Designing Process Flows and Data Flows and create datasets.
