    Inovalon is currently recruiting a Technical Communication Center Representative. The Technical Communication Center Representatives (TCCR) deliver technical support for our ePASS System to health care providers and initiates telephonic outbound calls to providers enrolled with health plan clients. 


    • Provide primary technical support for users of Inovalon software applications;
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Inovalon software applications and the end user;
    • Communicates professionally with client organization patients, providers and caregivers to obtain or provide clinical and/or programmatic information;
    • Triage inbound calls and direct to appropriate team members;
    • Collect clinical information and simultaneously document data into a computer-based program;
    • Appropriately document all relevant information regarding patients and providers while abiding by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements;
    • Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies and procedures; and 
    • Meet and exceed predetermined goals – present marketing/sales initiatives and special campaigns to providers.


    • 1+ years of experience in a technical support environment preferred;
    • Minimum 2+ years of consumer sales or customer service call center experience is preferred; and
    • Proficient in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (excel, word, project, etc) and Outlook.
