The Clinical Trainer/Coach (CTC) is responsible for developing and conducting trainings for new and existing clinical resources (generally, nurse practitioners) who perform in-home assessment visits on behalf of Inovalon and our clients. The position also oversees implementation and updates of training plans as necessary in response to internal/external needs (Ex: health plan requests, technology changes), changes in charting systems and industry/regulatory standards. She/he may also be assigned clinical auditing duties of clinical resources in accordance with demand.
