Overview

Candidate must under minimal supervision; act as a member of the engineering team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations. Manage and maintain User Account and access to network resources. Administer user accounts and profiles in Active Directory and Exchange accounts. Manage operation and administration of complex multi forest domain. Apply systems analysis and engineering techniques and combine software, hardware standards in support of a multi-domain, multi –forest, and multi-location network. 

Responsibilities

  • Active Directory Design, Replication, Integrity, Maintenance and Troubleshooting;
  • Manage user accounts and access to network resources. Including but not limited to role based access;
  • Group Policy Management, Design, Structuring, and Troubleshooting;
  • Reset password and access permissions on demand;
  • Manage user email distribution lists and user security groups within Active Directory;
  • Assist in Managing access to resources on file servers;
  • Support implementation of MS Forefront Identity Management System;
  • Build and maintaining an IAM program with AD federation, AWS IAM, and Okta;
  • Be available on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours and provide support and response;
  • Assist in implementing compliance as well as assist in design and implement MFA for IAM; and
  • TIL Foundations and MOF Guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 2-5 year;
  • Directly related experience in systems administration and analysis;
  • Experience managing Active Directory user accounts in a multi domain environment;
  • Understand the hierarchy and design of domain and forest trusts;
  • Windows systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including Windows, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012;
  • Experience managing MS Exchange user accounts;
  • Incredible attention to detail and accuracy in creating/modifying/managing a high volume of user accounts;
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7,8 and 10;
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Terminal Server 2008/2012;
  • Tier 2 Help Desk Support for the Customer Support Center technicians;
  • Collaborate with senior staff and client to resolve complex problems; and
  • Active Directory design and domain migrations.
