The Senior Manager, Risk Adjustment has responsibility for retrospective risk adjustment product strategy, roadmap execution and external messaging that supports business and operational needs for launch and go-to market activities. The Senior Manager, Risk Adjustment will lead a team focused on product roadmap, product development, communications, training and product support materials, market and competitive analysis.



  • Define the product strategy and roadmap that support business and operational needs for service delivery including business requirements (with prioritized features and corresponding business justification) and product implementation;
  • Define and manage support of the delivery of periodic product updates and enhancements ensuring that all internal and external facing materials are ready for new product releases, launch activities;
  • Manage idea generation and screening, conceptual development and testing of new product ideas/enhancements through research initiatives;
  • Drive idea generation and screening, conceptual development and testing of new product ideas/enhancements;
  • Develop product value proposition and messaging for external audiences;
  • Provide training and documentation for relevant area for internal and external users;
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products;
  • Be an expert with respect to competitive, industry and regulatory trends;
  • Act as a leader within the company and serve as a product “expert” for designated set of products;
  • Support Business Development/Marketing and other business teams in proposal, renewal or new business efforts as needed;
  • Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for all new product features and enhancements;
  • Create and maintain product specific presentations highlighting capabilities and strategic direction for sales support and executive reporting;
  • Be an expert with respect to competitive, industry and regulatory trends;
  • Provide team leadership, coaching and development; and
  • Some travel may be required for client and industry events.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA/Master’s degree preferred;
  • Minimum of five years of product management, or marketing experience; risk adjustment experience preferred;
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand the Company’s products and process, regulatory and competitive environments;
