The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Client Services Team. The incumbent will be responsible for generating basic reports, compiling, tracking, and the processing of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing quality customer service and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the ongoing tracking management of product, services, and, operations for clients;
  • Coordinate activities and provide responses to clients requests and concerns;
  • Handle essential client inquiries, provide appropriate actions, resolutions, and escalates complex issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolutions;
  • Assist in supporting client relationships and work with the Client Services Manager (CSM) and Virtual Client Account Teams (CSCT)/(ACSM) to resolve client provider, site, and member issues for assigned clients;
  • Coordinate, communicate and provide the delivery schedule and timeline for all assigned client activities;
  • Gathers, organizes, and, inputs client and prospect data into system;
  • Prepares various deliverables which directly support client acquisition;
  • Prepares and processes documentation related to client implementation and on-going maintenance as required; and
  • Create a working Inovalon operational knowledge and client base concerns and resolutions to facilitate the effective, timely delivery of high quality client solutions.

 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree and/or related work experience required;
  • Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in related field required;
  • 1 - 3 years of office administrative experience preferred;
  • Ability to quickly understand how long things take to complete, and to effectively organize and prioritize tasks with the assistance of team members;
  • Attention to detail and robust customer services skills;
  • Ability to work independently or within a group and keep abreast of projects (daily tasks/ issues);
  • Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Access, Excel, Power Point);
  • Determined and focused on resolving problems and ability to act with a sense of urgency;
  • Clear communication skills interpersonal, written, and verbal;
  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time) Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
  • Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
  • Travel for this position will include the ability to travel at least 5% of the time for training.
