The Product Analyst will support product execution functions for creation and launch of new projects and feature enhancements. This includes participating in every stage of the production life cycle to ensure the collaborating with business users and the Information Technology group on feature prioritization, timelines, schedules, metrics and reporting. They will research market and competitive trends and prepare communication to stakeholders and customers on project outcomes new enhancements added to the production environment.


  •  Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise regarding Inovalon risk adjustment products utilized by Inovalon clients so as to identify necessary system development and enhancements (and its impact) requested by client or market demand;
  • Work with product management, clinical, operations and quality teams to identify, evaluate and design enhancements to the risk adjustment products (including product mock ups, acceptance test creation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for client facing features);
  • Perform product and market research and perform analysis for high-level business requirements;
  • Participate in project planning activities and document project plans for tasks, timeline, milestones to include, assistance with prioritizing and monitoring PBIs in the backlog, working to remove blocks and impediments to the entire team;
  • Update management regarding project plans, risks and contingency plans;
  • Coordinate with IT development for release planning (UAT and Production) and oversee user acceptance scheduling for all product features;
  • Create and disseminate communication to all stakeholders and clients on CARA™ and CAAS™ changes, service and reports guides; and
  • Assist product management in delivering product training as needed.


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree and/or a combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum of two years of business, marketing or healthcare experience;
  • Experience with Medicare or Medicaid and demonstrated project management experience a plus;
  • Able to apply technology solutions to client/market requests; and
  • Positive, flexible and self-motivated attitude, proven problem-solver, solid organizational, interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
