The HEDIS Product Services Manager (PSM), Medical Record Review is responsible for the project management and client services delivery to Inovalon’s HEDIS Advantage™ medical record review customers. This is a client facing position with responsibility for effectively communicating with clients and internal Inovalon stakeholders. Requires daily interaction with other Inovalon team’s such as Medical Record Review Operations, Quality Management and IT Operations as well as other product team members from HEDIS and Star Advantage.  The PSM is responsible for management of assigned client responsibilities as well as participation in interdepartmental tasks such as team meetings and development of management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensively manage assigned client relationships across the Company’s quality management services;
  • Support, nurture, and expand positive and successful client relationships;
  • Lead the client support team, comprised of data analytics, clinical, operations, and product experts, in the delivery of the Company’s services and successful completion of all assigned projects;
  • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding entire quality management product line and all affiliate service lines;
  • Direct responsibility for the resolution of client questions, concerns and service issues - serving as the liaison between clients and the company; and
  • Foster and support business development opportunities in the expansion of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (degree in allied health such as nursing, social work, medical records preferred);
  • Minimum three years of experience managing HEDIS reporting in a health plan strongly preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of HEDIS hybrid measure specifications and data collection requirements preferred;
  • Must have strong analytical abilities with previous experience with databases, spreadsheets and word processing documents;
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
  • Must be a strong team player;
  • Must take a proactive approach to customer relations and managing own workload; and
  • Must be able to independently juggle numerous tasks and priorities simultaneously.
