The HEDIS Advantage™ Product Services Manager is responsible for project management and client services delivery to Inovalon’s HEDIS Advantage™ customers. This is a remote client facing position with responsibility for effectively communicating with HEDIS Advantage clients about Inovalon expectations and delivering project status updates to the client as well as internal stakeholders. Requires daily interaction with other Inovalon teams such as IT, Product Development, Content Development and other product colleagues. Responsible for management of assigned client deliverables as well as, participation in inter-departmental tasks such as project working group meetings and development of product service management tools and processes. Some travel is required with this position.




  • Comprehensively manage assigned client relationships across the company’s quality management services;
  • Manage on-boarding of new clients, collaborating with other internal stakekholders to ensure successful implementation of new business;
  • Collaborate with the client support team; comprised of data analysts, clinical, operations, and product experts, in the delivery of the company’s services and successful completion of all assigned projects;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS reporting requirements internally and externally;
  • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding quality reporting requirements from all regulatory bodies as well as, the company’s quality management product line;
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and reports delivered to clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Support and expand positive and successful client relationships identifying business opportunities within Inovalon based on client needs;
  • Monitor the status of internal and external deliverables including, but not limited to, CAHPS Sample Frames, NCQA Roadmap, Preliminary admin rates, medical record projects, and final reporting deliverables;
  • Assist with updates to client materials; and
  • Actively participate in post-season process improvement efforts.



  • Nationwide remote position;
  • College degree preferred and/or a combination of education and experience;
  • Health plan experience requried;
  • Minimum of 3 years of HEDIS project experience;
  • Knowledge of healthcare data, billing practices, and reimbursement models preferred;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and handle escalations that may arise;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Must be a strong team player;
  • Must take a proactive approach towards executing on numerous tasks and priorities simultaneously while also managing client relationships and expectations;
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook; SQL experience a plus;
  • Previous experience with Quality Spectrum tools preferred; and
  • Some travel required with this position.
