Our Lead Review Specialists are responsible for monitoring and tracking all client requests for their team of Review Specialists. The incumbent will coordinate trainings, provide updates and supply daily work assignments to their team. An Inovalon Lead Review Specialist is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where they impart their extensive technical and analytical expertise to ensure company-wide that our diverse methodologies of analyzing data are fully optimized. Responsibilities

  • Process, track and monitor client requests across all aspects of Employer’s offered services;
  • Run daily reports to determine areas of focus to ensure project completion by due date;
  • Provide daily work assignments to team of Review Specialists;
  • Identify strategies to manage time efficiently and effectively and understand how to prioritize assignments;
  • Assist in the management of communication and correspondence with care provider offices, additional Employee review staff, and clients; and
  • Help strengthen and develop team member abilities through trainings and updates.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills;
  • MS Office;
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations;
  • Effective and strong written and verbal communication;
  • Strong sales skills; and
  • 5+ years supervisory experience preferred.
