Inovalon is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for recruiting and placing a variety of complex technology positions within Inovalon. This highly visible role requires a professional who will be responsible to recruit for individual contributor up to senior leadership level positions and serve as one of the technical staffing subject matter experts for the Company. This position will be expected to guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Creativity, short and long-term recruiting vision, strong business acumen, and the ability to interact with all types of professionals to advance the organization’s goals and core values are keys to success in this role.    


  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles;
  • Ensure recruiting solutions are consistent with the IT department and long-term candidate pipeline creation to attract  the top talent in the technical  industry;
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans for IT including industry recruiting resources, networking, direct sourcing, and diversity sources;
  • Conduct in-depth  interviews using behavioral and core competency assessment techniques;
  • Document all recruitment related activity in accordance with the established expectations;
  • Advise management on technical staffing/sourcing practices, identify talent pool and/or geographic constraints providing creative solutions;
  • Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations; and
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a team structured environment.


  • Minimum 2 years in technical recruiting or related field;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • Knowledge of Technical labor market expertise including skill availability, labor market rates and cost, geography unique issues, time required to fill certain positions, and techniques required to find various technical skills;
  • Ability to stay abreast and advise leadership on the latest technical market talent trends;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); iCIMS preferred;
  • Proven experience partnering with the technical business unit  and HR organizations to ensure staffing requirements are achieved;
  • Ability to deliver in a fast paced team environment; and
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
