    We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our corporate Process Improvement Team. They must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment.  Must be qualified to immediately begin contributing towards Lean Six Sigma Initiatives and be able to influence key stakeholders to gain support.  This person is expected to be a thought leader in efficient business practices and a change agent at all levels of the organization.  This person will have the ability to interact with and influence management and contributors at all levels of the organization. 



    • Responsible for driving and supporting identified change initiatives throughout the organization;
    • Works independently to complete process improvement projects with a scope covering multiple departments within the company and involving executive level sponsorship;
    • Champion the continuous improvement methodology in an effective manner;
    • Create, update, and validate department process flow diagrams and value stream maps;
    • Excellent Lean Process experience to identify and remove waste within processes;
    • Lead multi-functional teams in process improvement projects;
    • Create and validate key performance indicator metrics using statistics to make and support data driven decisions;
    • Use statistics to make data driven decisions;
    • Employ DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and Lean processes to drive and manage department process improvement initiatives;
    • Utilize DMAIC and Lean processes to determine project priorities and propel them forward;
    • Collaborate with business owners on data analysis and key projects;
    • Prepare and present monthly reporting that includes key process indicators, analysis of best opportunities for improvement, and status of improvement efforts; and
    • Presents results of analysis, data models, and other projects to senior management, as requested, in a concise and professional manner.


    • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing) or equivalent experience in a related field required;
    • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a position leading process improvement initiatives (healthcare/technology industry a plus);
    • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change;
    • Ability to redefine process to increase effectiveness;
    • Lean Process or Six Sigma experience required, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desirable;
    • Experience presenting and providing recommendations to senior leadership (verbal and written communication);
    • Ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment;
    • Excellent business analytical skills (process flows, spreadsheets, modeling, procedures);
    • Basic understanding of statistics and working knowledge of building reports and dashboards;
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Visio and reporting applications;
    • Ability to communicate effectively regarding all quality products, and related information; and
    • Ability to collaborate with business owners and prioritize multiple project needs.
