Overview

The Manager, Product Execution will lead product execution analytics and initiatives to identify improvement opportunities across a broad range of departmental and functional areas. Numerous techniques and methodologies will be applied to capture current state assessment, identification of prioritized opportunity areas, and present executive-level action plan recommendations. This position interfaces with a cross-functional team of business experts, data analysts, technology systems analysts, client executives, department leads, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and ensure completion of montlhy analytical product execution processes. coordination with cross organizational stakeholder, and ensure compliance with client specific requirements and resource plans;
  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in areas including healthcare product execution, project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on health plan client’s functional knowledge and background;
  • Plan, develop, and communicate process improvement strategies and action plans to ensure operational contract compliance, with focus on ensuring optimal operational performance;
  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business segment objectives, develop a team of analysts who will be responsible for implementing and improving product execution processes and procedure;
  • Monitor required reporting and provide direction on findings, oversee the operational aspects of new product implementations to ensure operational contract compliance;
  • Foster and support business development opportunities in the expansion of products and services; and
  • Ability to manage internal relationships and deliverables with IT, development client services, and analytics teams, interpret and design business requirements drawing from healthcare and service operations requirements.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, Business, Economics or related field or equivalent work experience. Graduate Degree is highly preferred;
  • Consulting experience in healthcare preferred; and 5+ years of work experience in healthcare. 2+ years of work experience with public programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) is highly preferred;
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand the Company’s products and process;
  • Work under minimal supervision on complex projects;
  • Microsoft Office and SQL literate and detail oriented;
  • Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication; and
  • Meticulous organizational skills.
