We’re currently searching for an experienced project manager to join our Customer Success Team and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception through delivery with minimal supervision and process improvement. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to delight your customer.


  • Is responsible for the success of their assigned projects. This involves working closely with the customer, the Customer Success Organization, and cross-functional teams to define project success.
  • Clarify the deliverables, required resources, work plan, and schedule required to meet customer expectations, and hold the broader team of Inovalon resources accountable.
  • As team mates to the Project Manager, Customer Success Managers (CSM) own the customer relationship. The PM will ensure the CSMs have the project execution data required to drive customer loyalty through weekly status calls and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • In the course of their daily interaction with the CSO and the broader Inovalon team, the Project Manager will identify opportunities to improve how we deliver projects to our customers.
  • Will lead Continuous Improvement efforts each quarter that provide measurable impact to how we deliver projects to our customers.
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.


  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, plan work and execute projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to work consultatively and cross-functionally to identify and implement process and technology improvements;
  • Strong interest in project and program management
  • Detail oriented with a high sense of accountability;
  • Gainsight experience a plus
  • PMP (PMI) or equivalent experience preferred
