The Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion's primary role is to ensure the company's culture and business practices, such as sourcing, hiring, development, and overall strategy, are equitable and inclusive for all employees. In partnership with the Chief People Officer, the incumbent will provide services and solutions to help enable a more engaged and inclusive work environment. This role will lead and manage all diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives and educate on DE&I best practices internally.
